Summary of Let's Bring in Some Change

Fuuko has lifted her shirt and pressing her chest at Andy's back covering as much skin area as she can. Seeing that Gina can't believe what she is seeing, but then get angry thinking that Fuuko had made Andy fall for her with her breasts. He tells her in 20 years, her breasts will start to droop, but Gina will remain the same as she has Unchange on her side. Andy wonders what is she talking about, as Gina is external type. The self-targeting types can use their powers on themselves, while external type affect anyone else than themselves. Gina tries to say that she is self-targeting type, but Andy explains that she is just using lots of makeup and probably uses her ability on it. And while her chest haven't changed, her butt is sagging and he is sure that she can target anything but living creatures with her Unchange. Gina gets angry and cuts Andy's legs. As they fight, she continuously go after them. Fuuko starts to wonder why she isn't running, making Andy realize something. Andy then comments they need to find the source of the stroke of unluck and in that moment, they hit something in the air above the lake. Gina tells them that they are getting in her investigation. She wonders if Shen didn't tell them that they are investigation UMA that supposedly hides in the lake and that she is running a scan on the lake using her ability. A large ship then reveals above them and Gina comments she can make up for loosing the UMA if she captures him. Gina comments that Fuuko said she prefers change, but Gina doesn't like it, she wants to be with the one she loves forever and no matter how many people she has to kill, she want's to stay in the organization and forever keep chasing after Andy. Gina tells Fuuko that she will give her the greatest change a person can get, a death, but Andy explains that death is for him and not for Fuuko. As they keep fighting, Andy explains to Fuuko that Gina has a hole in her barrier beneath her or she won't be able to walk. But since the hole is small, he would be able to get only his head through it, but even if he gets his head, she will just kick him out. Blinded by all the blood on her barrier, Andy cuts his head and they manage to rotate the barrier and Fuuko throws his head inside the barrier with Andy biting Gina's tie and saying that he is bringing killer change.
