Summary of 01

After defeating Sun, the Union decides to choose which rules shall remain active before disbanding. Andy says he will help Fuuko Izumo remember her lost memories and the remaining negators can live their lives as however they wish. Andy and Fuuko goes to the bridge where they first met and find Soul who Andy explains to him that he survived because Luna needed him to learn and to teach the humans how to use and select rules though some rules cannot be removed. Soul gets convinced by Andy to give back Fuuko's memories as memories were revealed to be attached to the soul as shown by Remember. Soul leaves and meets Ruin in an alleyway who reveals he survived by holding onto a falling meteor that was summoned by the Unluck (Negator Ability). They then talk about their defeat and Ruin says he will find people who also hate the current world but tell them to stop showing he has admitted defeat, Soul says he will help make sure no one complains about the current world. Fuuko now regains her memories and tells Andy his Undead (Negator Ability) is removed with Andy responding how it is nice for her to be back and the chapter ends.
