Summary of Which Is Better? (どっちがいいのかな)

Andy and Fuuko successfully infiltrate the black market auction and overhear that the main item for bid is a Negator. Meanwhile, Tatiana discovers that a group of Negator Hunters has also infiltrated the event. Juiz explains that this group hunts for Negator abilities, and disposes of them if they aren't useful enough. This enrages Fuuko, and her and and Andy run to stop them.
