Summary of Promise

Now in Moscow, Russia, Chikara and Gina are standing nearby a bathroom where Tatiana is in reportable in, due to it being her only free day before the event. However, the bodyguards report that she's escaped, with the Union scrambling to find her due to Fuuko believing Tatiana's tragedy in this Loop may be in town getting decimated by Untouchable's manifesting while Tatiana is out. However, Billy panics, as he has lost his daughter Betty. The scene changes to a disguised Tatiana, wanting to take a stroll by herself. She then finds Betty, who is currently drooling over a food stand. Tatiana reluctantly buys the younger girl the blibli, but while talking to her, realizes she's been separated from her parents. Before Betty can panic, Tatiana shushes her before promising to find her parents. The two then travel from place to place, evading capture. A panicking Billy prepares to fire his gun into the air so Betty would him him, but is stopped by (Shen). However, this gives Fuuko an idea. A little bit later, Tatiana apologizes to Betty for running away with her, but Betty doesn't mind. She finds her dad and rushes back to him. Billy's other senses allow him to realize the "Ms. Girl" Betty was with is Tatiana. Just before he can say anything, Fuuko alerts everyone that the plan is to wrangle Tatiana into the square using "Pan-Panda" as bait. Billy willingly lets Tatiana head over to the park, lying by stating he only found his daughter. At the park, Tatiana's disguise falls off, and is overwhelmed by fans. Just before Sun can have Untouchable manifest, Kururu uses Unchaste to make everyone chase after the idol. Now alone, Pan-Panda approaches Tatiana and hugs her, revealing herself as Fuuko, with the Unlucky girl asking to be friends with Tatiana.
