Summary of One More Time

Fuuko tearfully apologizes to Nico for forcing him to become Unforgettable. Nico brushes it aside, stating it all worked out and Ichico is still alive. Nico then asks Fuuko what she wanted to share with them. Fuuko reveals that she has managed to get a grasp on human souls thanks to her battle against Beast, and wishes to share what she knows with the rest of the Union. Nico agrees, stating they can use this knowledge to enhance everyone's negator abilities. Nico explains that, due to his knowledge of souls, he can now store virtually infinite information without fear of forgetting anything, hence why he didn't suffer an overload when holding Apocalypse. Nico then goes on to theorize that the "categories" they given to negators may be incorrect, and these Negations are merely limited by the negator's physical body, using Sean being able to make other people invisible as an example. As such, they can enhance the negator abilities of negators who use their souls, such as Shen, Billy, and Rip. Fuuko mentally notes there being three negators left to recruit: Tatiana, Bunny, and Kururu. Along with the remaining two capture quests of Summer and Burn, by learning more about souls, they can create the strongest version of the Union and challenge the remaining Superior Rules and God. Nico recommends splitting up to talking the remaining tasks, but Fuuko asks who else has an intricate understanding of Souls besides herself. Nico then reveals that Ichico and Feng gained this intricate understanding after dying, much to her shock. When asked how, they promise to explain later. Fuuko then realizes Ichico still has Unsleep, despite dying. As it turned out, while she was dead, she told the previous users of Unsleep (who appear to be Napoleon Bonaparte, Leonardo da Vinci and Thomas Edison) she would keep the ability. When asked why, she explains she has gotten used to it, and that they'd both be able to match since they are now a married couple, much to Fuuko's further shock. As all of this is happening, Feng is riding Kokuto'un away. Fuuko asks if he can stay to help the other Union members train, but he refuses to join, stating he only wants to train Shen's on soul power so Feng can become stronger. Fuuko tries to tack on other members as well, be he refuses before vanishing from sight. Fuuko, Nico and Ichico then take stock of the situation: Nico will take care of Tatiana, building the black metal sphere that will contain her Untouchable. Ichico will instead handle Backs, whose tragedy she will be able to avert thanks to astral projection, thus leaving Kururu to Fuuko. Fuuko considers this a bad idea, as Kururu's tragedy will happen during a concert, and with all those people her Unluck could unleash an even worse disaster. Nico knows this, but Fuuko has to go anyway, since there is someone Fuuko has to meet at that concert. Nico then shows her a poster of the Kururu concert, in which, among the photos of the idols present, there is also that of Fuuko's mother. This is the opportunity for her to meet her parents once again.
