Summary of Unstoppable vs. Unluck

A flashback from three years ago reveals Top's tragedy being prevented by Haruka, having grabbed the boy when he got Unstoppable and endured until he was able to stop. Top asks who his savior is, with Haruka introducing herself as both Haruka Yamaoka and Isshin the 13th. In the present, Top complements Fuuko for being the second person stopping his acceleration. Realizing she has similar powers to himself, he asks for a team up so they can cause more mischief without repercussions. Fuuko tells him that the Negator powers aren't meant to be used for petty reasons. Disappointed, Top tries to knock her out, but finds out both her high resistance and her Unluck first hand when the trees start falling down towards him, allowing for Fuuko to grab onto him. As Top struggles to knock her away, he states Negator abilities are meant to get revenge on the world that did nothing to help him, for both his Track and Field dream being ruined and his mother's illness and persecution. However, Fuuko counters that Haruka was still for him, hence the Unbreakable shoes he wears to protect himself from the strain of Unstoppable. She then reveals that she slipped a Bad Luck Bullet on him as a piece of tape, causing a landslide. As Top tries to escape it, he realizes his mother is in the way, and rushes to save her. Unbeknownst to him, Haruka had already prepared for this, but Fuuko senses something approaching and tries to warn Top. By the time Top reaches the house, Haruka has already fortified it against the disaster, but just before Top can understand what is happening, a sonic roar suddenly attacks the house. Haruka's eardrums are ruptured protecting Top and she passes out. The source of the roar, the "something" Fuuko sensed and the same "shooting star" she and Juiz saw falling to Brazil earlier, was in fact Superior Master Rule Beast. As Beast stretches, he talks about the "Vessels" destroying nature, and prepares to hunt Fuuko as revenge for Andy keeping him sealed away as Fuuko prepares to fire.
