On September 30, 2015, just before finalization of the Quests, Apocalypse reveals to the Master Rules that the Union has racked up enough penalties to remove the cap of MRs eligible to participate. While the book needs two, God wishes for more. As such, all of the Master Rules try to go, only to be stopped by Andy. Despite their best efforts, Andy manages to use his soul to restrain them all but the first MR. Andy and the first MR then do battle, with their complement for him as the loop's strongest Negator reveals that Andy isn't their vessel, and is not "Death". Andy releases Language and Beast to stand a better chance at surviving no.1's attack long enough for the gate to close, forcing the remaining eight Master Rules back. Apocalypse teleports Andy out of the room for his violation by entering the Master Room shortly afterwards back onto the Sun. When no.1 realizes it was Andy's plan from the start to only let Language and Beast go, they state their disgust at the "trust" Andy has for his fellow Negators as Fuuko and Julia rush to Brazil to recruit Top.
