Summary of Let's Get Started

Apocalypse explains that the "Master Rule" are UMAs that are added at the start of a loop, being granted absolute power and will never disappear. It then states one of them (Sick) is the target, tells the Union that they're "dead meat". In the present, Rip, Latla, and Leila race back to the hospital, but just coming closer to Sick's next wave has Leila hacking blood again. Latla asks Rip if they really are going back to the hospital, but Rip remains steadfast in his decision to save everyone, stating he trust both Fuuko and Latla. Breaking back into the hospital, Rip sees that the doctors have become sick as well. Getting Leila on an operating table, Fuuko tells him to proceed with the operation and his ability will manifest, assuring him that the Union will make sure the three of them survive. Just then, Sick reveals himself and sadistically mocks the concept of "medical care", stating his intent on offering his victims' screams to God. Rip and Latla wheel Leila away while Fuuko takes on Sick, with the UMA belittling her due to not being Juiz. Just as Rip is about to operate, a flashback has a young Rip question why illness exist, with the boy believing that its because God forces sickness on happy people out of jealousy. Rip then states he'll cure Leila, who in turn states her dream is the three of them together. As Rip is resolved to save her, God awakens Unrepair in him. Just before his knife can touch Leila, he is stopped by Chikara and Sean, using Unmove to protect Leila. He is then apporched by Yusai, who gives him the choice of living a quiet life, or joining the Union. Meanwhile, more members of the Union arrive to help Fuuko in her battle against Sick. Fuuko then states while she is not as strong as Juiz, she's needs to overcome them all, hence her gathering of Negators that will. She then states that it will be an all-out-war of Negators verses God and the Master Rules.
