Summary of Next Ring

It opens on a young Void bumping into a man in a suit, who along with his lady, chastise him for getting his suit dirty. However, Void rebukes by saying he was already at the edge of the sidewalk, and the couple could have walked anywhere else, saying he's not avoiding anything. In the present, Fuuko begins "Negator Boxing", before going on to explain what "Negators" are to Void as they fight. As Nico states, because Unavoidable only negates dodging, not counter attacks, Fuuko can still win, but doesn't recommend Gina's suggestion of dropping a meteor on Void, as it would kill everyone. Void then understands what Fuuko meant by "last match", realizing that his power will make him unable to box normally anymore. However, Fuuko reassures him by saying he can still fight, it's just that his "ring" will be different, before attacking him with "Unluck Whip" + "Dempsey Bad Roll". As Void feels the full force of her strength, he flashes back to when he was first suggested by a cop to become a boxer and carve out his own path, before getting back into it, and even begins to adapt to Fuuko's Unluck. Void, with tears in his eyes, states that "Negation" means nothing to him, only that there is a place where can be a boxer. Fuuko agrees, telling him about going up against Negators stronger than she is, as well as UMAs, stating that the "next ring will be planet Earth" before using a Bad Bullet to cause a stoke of Unluck to make a spotlight crash into the floor and blind Void. The two exchange one last blow, and the match ends with Void winning, and Fuuko passed out while standing, though Void states the real victor is Fuuko. Void is then put in cuffs by Gina as Nico tells him it's almost time for the Quest Results, before having Move teleport them back to the Roundtable. While there, Void instinctively punches Apocalypse before being explained by Ichico that they aren't an enemy (sorta) before Apocalypse then gives the rewards for the neutralization of Autumn, a third seat. Void then asks what it is, and is told by Ichico that by sitting there, he will be able to join in quests in three month's time, slaying UMAs and gathering allies to help Fuuko. Void agrees, and becomes the official third member of Union.
