Summary of Longing

Andy and Fuuko reach Nevada, with Andy taking a truck, instead of his helicopter. He suggest they got to Vegas, but Fuuko tells him they can't do it and should go Longing as their file says the rotten corpse came from there. Shen then pops up from the window and reveals that Longing is a rural area where a lot of cowboy movies are filmed. As he comments that Andy indeed planned on leaving him, he was traveling as stowaway this whole time and Fuuko invites him inside. Shen believes the rotting dead is indeed connected to Spoil and tells Fuuko to think what "spoil" mean in this context, which is essentially to decay or rot away. Shen isn't sure how the zombie made it to New York, but is sure that Longing is a zombie town now and they will be up against Spoil and his zombie army. Fuuko wonders if they would stand a chance and Shen tells her that their investigators has scoped out the town. He shows recordings of how the investigators comment its full of zombies and how they also start turning. Shen tells Andy that he may have a hard time, unless he goes all out, but Andy tells him it won't be needed. They take a break for the night, but as Fuuko can't fall asleep, Shen approaches her and assures her that Andy and he will take care of Spoil. Fuuko tells him that she wants to help too, as the reward is the location of Unrepair and if Andy meets Unrepair, he may gain a clue that may help him die. Fuuko asks why Shen is on this quest, but remembers he was forced. Shen tells her that's part of it and he expect the quest to be hard and Andy to be pushed hard enough, which may lead to him seeing Victor. On the next day, they reach Longing and see a big wall surrounding it. Andy shoots it with a rocket and zombies start coming out. He asks Shen if they can become human again, but as he denies it, Andy steps on the gas running them over and plunging the hole with the truck. Andy lunges from the truck and yells that he will be killing lots of the zombies, but if among them is someone that still has a half a brain and know where is the one that turned them to zombies, to duck now. Andy then spins forward and cuts dozens of zombie heads, and notices a female zombie had ducked.
