Mui helps Fuko dress and explains that she is subordinate of Shen. Fuuko wonders if Mui will be coming with them, but Mui explains she doesn't have an emblem, and is neither a negator or member of the roundtable and is not authorized to participate in quests. As they walk in the hallway, Andy runs while trying to remove his clothes and accidentally touches Fuuko's face and making magma to erupt from the walls and hit him. Andy doesn't want to wear the suit, but Shen tells him its not just cosplay, but the suits are bulletproof, stab-proof and sturdy overall. The necktie grants access to number of public services and the emblem is necessary to participate in quests. Andy still refuses, wanting to use his helicopter and have a date with Fuuko in the clouds. An alarm rings and tells them that UMA No.1129 has escaped and needs to be captured immediately. The group realizes they are on the same floor as the escaped UMA and Mui comments its Clothes, who latches onto person's body and transforms into the garments that person desires the most, but after bewitching you, it takes control of your body and starts running wild. A person then attacks Andy and he headbutts him. Mui then explains that if the person Clothes controls loses the ability to move, Clothes will just seek new one. Clothes then moves on Mui and starts attacking Shen and Andy. Andy tells Shen to use his ability and stop Mui, but Shen tells him that Clothes doesn't meet his requirements and won't be able to stop him. Seeing that, Fuuko rushes in, but Mui hits her face, causing her to touch it and a rock falls on her head and knocks her out. Clothes then heads for Fuuko, but Andy protects her and it latches to him. Mui apologizes for the disservice she did to the one that saved her life, but Shen tells her kung-fu was amazing and her daily training paid-off and encourages her to continue. Clothes then rages about Andy's desire, to have sturdy clothes that repair themselves and come out when you call them, while Andy tells him he is the tackiest thing he ever worn. The unluck from touching Fuuko while saving her from Clothes comes and Andy is hit by Nico's malfunctioning artifact. Andy then comments that the repair of the clothes took 15 seconds, making Clothes comment that he is insatiable. Shen is surprised that Andy manages to take the UMA and make him his servant. Andy then receives points for capturing the UMA and is promoted to 9th position. Nico receives news of new UMA of a rotting corpse wandering the streets of New York and that its somehow related to Spoil. Hearing that Andy is excited that they are going to New York, as he will be eating bigger burgers there.
